Although we stop selling tickets at midnight, there are some nights we are still working past midnight. Can you work past midnight if needed on a busy night?
I the parent/guardian of the above mentioned minor give my consent for he or she to work at the COH/CC for the 2010 Halloween Season.
I the applicant fully understand that the Castle of Horror/Cannibal Creek are not responsible for any injuries that could occur. I understand that I will be given a handbook of all rules, that are to be followed at all times while on the Castle of Horror/Cannibal Creek premises. I will also go through the safety course that the Castle of Horror/Cannibal Creek has set forth. I further understand that I will be asked to leave if I can canot fulfill the job duties and requirements that I will be given. I understand that the Castle of Horror/Cannibal Creek has a zero tolerance for drugs on the premises and anyone caught with or using drugs will be escorted off the premises by the Rockingham County Sherrifs Department.
